You must have a Dentist On The Park Travel Toothbrush. If you did not receive one in the mail, please contact our office and we will send you one! You do not have to be a patient to enter.
You may post as many photos as you like! Winners and prizes will be selected after Labor Day Weekend (Sept 2, 2019). You can only win one prize.
